Surprisingly, in Wine 1.3.28, the border around the level select and the border
around the pause menu are smooth! The boarder around the pause menu is still
flickery, but it is smooth.

This is surprising because in 1.3.16, 1.3.20, and 1.3.26, those boarders
weren't smooth, in 1.3.28, they are smooth, then in 1.3.29, 1.3.37, 1.4 rc 1,
and 1.4 rc 2, they aren't smooth anymore.

So 1.3.28 and possibly 1.3.27 are their own little island.

It is interesting that 1.3.28 was the last to "work" because 1.3.28 was the
also the last to work with another Wine-BFN bug: 29799.
