Please try out patches 1+2
winmm: Avoid using SuspendThread, it can hang Wine.
winmm: Make midiStream* messages asynchronous to avoid dead-locks.

midiStreamClose from within a function callback now somewhat works.
It should stop MIDI and hang no more.
