The same problem with Wine-1.4rc3. The splash screen is shown then the main
application window appears, but the window is only partially drawn and the
program freezes. 

TextureMaker31Setup.exe   md5sum: f9a9b70d702e5f66076f237dfc8bb171

The main executable is protected with ExeCryptor:

Former version of the application works, likely because it is free from
ExeCryptor.

I tried the workaround in bug #28001, but it didn't help in this case.
