Still present in Wine-1.4rc3. Terminal output is mostly identical to the one in
comment #6.

The installer for Sony Acid Pro 7.0e Trial is erroring out with 'Requirements
not met. Press OK to Exit Install' when trying to install Microsoft WMF 11.
Installing Dotnet 3 via winetricks doesn't help (it's mentioned in the release
notes for Acid Pro that DotNet 3 is required).
