Problem: when using proteoWizard's msconvert to convert a (large) data file
wine hangs with the error message

err:seh:setup_exception_record nested exception on signal stack in thread 0009
eip 7bc752c0 esp 7ffdbc3c stack 0x232000-0x330000

and has to be killed or stopped using Ctrl+C

tested with wine versions
1.2.3
1.3.37
1.4-rc3

Steps to reproduce the problem:
winetricks winxp
winetricks dotnet2
winetricks vcrun2008 
# download proteowizard from
http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/downloads.shtml
# and extract into a folder : mkdir pwiz; tar xvf pwiz*.tar.bz2 -C pwiz 
# download and unzip test data file "PBS01.d" (1.3GB!) from
http://metlin.scripps.edu/data/conversion/PBS01.d.zip into the same folder
(pwiz)
# within that folder, run
wine msconvert.exe PBS01.d --mzXML --filter "peakPicking true 1-"
