If someone wrote the code for for relative movements that would work with
XQuartz, I'd accept it for WineskinX11 even if it wasn't right for all of
XQuartz... since its only made for running Wine.

I'm up for adding it myself, but I'm really clueless where to start.  All of my
current XQuartz modifications are much more minor than adding this in... I'll
look into it some, and see if i can figure it out, but anyone that wants to
help please feel free to.
