Hello,

you reused some existing WINEPREFIX so there is no guarantee that something has
not been messed up which happens quite often when people install various stuff.

Start with fresh WINEPREFIX

--- snip ---
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
...
$ wine reg add "HKLM\\Software\\Microsoft\\NET Framework
Setup\\NDP\\v2.0.50727" /v Version /t REG_SZ /d "2.0.50727" /f
...
$ bash winetricks dotnet20sp1
--- snip ---

Works fine here with wine-1.4-rc4
