Sorry for forgetting this:

My hardware

Intel Core 2 Due E8200
4GM RAm
Geforce GTX 560 Ti-> Nvidie 295.20 (driver doesnt matter)

The logs i attached is with:

GLSL disabled
AlwaysOffscreen enabled

But changing those 2 settings doesnt solve the issue.
