No, I don't think so.

VLC says:

codec: araw
channels: stereo
sample rate: 44100 Hz
Bits per sample: 16

file command says:

RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, Microsoft PCM, 16 bit, stereo 44100 Hz

Yes, IrfanView is able to open it on XP. I can test Windows 7 too if it would
be useful, but I don't have any Win2k system.
