Can anyone else confirm this? I'm especially interested in hearing from those
that needed to turn off GLSL before. In TF2, it seems to work relatively
smoothly with UseGLSL enabled again, but still lags for ~3 seconds the first
time I jump into water. With that disabled, it clearly takes less than 1/3 of
the time to recover from hanging for me, negligible. So, I don't know if it's
just me or what..
