That one works. This is what I see now:

I tried creating a makeshift pkgmgr.exe stub:

cp ~/wine-git/programs/aspnet_regiis/aspnet_regiis.exe.so
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/pkgmgr.exe

Then the installer claims success (in the log) but doesn't actually install
anything.
