Actually it's not correct in 1.1.43 either, the transparency is broken too,
only it uses a white background so it's less obvious. If you select a row
you'll see that it's still white.

I'm considering this one fixed since the transparency works now. Please file a
new bug for the incorrect blending at the edges.
