Hello Jarrod, why native gdiplus is needed for QQIntl1.1?

I use winetricks riched20 ie7, (without gdiplus, without vc6run), and "Insert
image" works for me. 

wine-1.3.37-108-g4cd49d3

Could you retest with a clean wineprefix?
