YIM 11.5 - uncorrect behaviour of the apps menu and 'X' hotspot

Oooops, this was my fault: yes, this error is also still present in YIM 10 and
YIM 11. The last one is directly from Yahoo's download-URL.
Here is a screenshot from this upper part of YIM.
After I start the app, the menu is there but not click-able. So I have to use
Alt+M, exactly as you described. See the No. 1.
When I close and open again the GUI, then this menu disappear. A click on 'X'
only work if you click below. See No. 2.
So this bug is still alive. We can say: in all the last versions.
