1. download the installer
$ wget
https://pbank.95559.com.cn/personbank/download/AssistantDelopy/AssistantInstall/IBankWizard.msi

2. Apply the patch in Bug 28504

3. start with wine:
$ WINEDEBUG=+msi msiexec /i IBankWizard.msi

The installer crash at the end.
