Hi GyB, I've tried to play in virtual desktop mode: the screen occupies only
the virtual area, not the whole "physical" desktop - but I suppose this is the
correct behavior.
The console message remains the same:

fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x329848,0x00000000), stub!
fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x3299b8,0x00000000), stub!

Now I test the game with a newer Nvidia driver wersion.
