I used to have no problems playing this game on the same machine under FreeBSD
8.2-RELEASE amd64. Only after upgrading to FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE amd64 am I
having problems. I then tried 9.0-RELEASE i386 and 8.2-RELEASE amd64 (my old
previously working configuration) with no luck. The error is the same. I've
tried the pre-built wine packages at http://people.freebsd.org/~ivoras/wine/
and the pre-built i386 package while on FreeBSD i386.
