No, I asked about +relay,+seh log. Use 'WINEDEBUG=+relay,+tid wine <appname>'.
You could reduce it a bit by running some wine application first (like winecfg)
and keeping it running when you start Outlook.

The goal is to use builtin modules. So please try without them.
