[Bug 30883] repository doesn't exist or cannot be found in Mint 13 x86_64

the instructions mentioned on https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa
are not the same as the ones mentioned on winehq site at
http://www.winehq.org/download/ubuntu (which failed on Mint 13 64bit). Which is
the correct way to add the wine repository to Mint 13 64bit? Or even Ubuntu
12.04 for that matter.
