Small text file summary of make_soap results native vs. built-in vs. fixed

This small text file summarizes, with one line per flag value, the cases tested
and what the results are one the 2 aforementioned platforms (native vs. plain
wine 1.5.5), but now also wine 1.5.6 with my upcoming patches.
