Answer:
Actually its a decision to be made by core Wine devs, including original
reporter. I just had posted my humble opinion based on the experience I had
about the way such bugs are usually treated in Wine's Bugzilla. IMO for this
case we don't have a well defined "it works this way on native" situation - it
might work differently depending on some third party software, GPU drivers
namely, and for generic "GPU driver without app-specific hacks" under native it
works the same way as it works under Wine. I tend to treat is as a NOTABUG
situation, but in any case I think we should stop this unrelated flood about
your patch and just wait for core devs to do the final resolution.
