test bstr cache

Attached test case consistently passes under all versions of Windows before
Vista (https://testbot.winehq.org/JobDetails.pl?Key=19048), but fails under
Vista+ and Wine. Jacek, does this test case make sense to you?

Unfortunately I can't test my application under Vista since it uses 32-bit
driver for copy protection and my Vista is 64 bit.
