--- Comment #189 from Fresno <acafresna at ono.com> 2012-06-14 13:44:02 CDT ---
I am trying last patch with wine 1.5.6, which it patches perfectly but when
trying to run wow I get the error 132:
ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!

Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe
ProcessID: 86
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:7E587EB7

The instruction at "0x7E587EB7" referenced memory at "0x000004D0".
The memory could not be "read".

I've been reading the comments and I understand that this can be solved by
disabling sound in wine. But I don't want to play wow without sound. I tried
the patch with the latest git but it gives errors with the patch and won't
compile. What is now the right version of wine that can be patched and played
with sound? Or am I doing something wrong? TIA
