What's a point in empty manually created file? We need to figure out why it's
not created automatically and where it supposed to be located. Could you try to
install this on Windows and search for this file? Also searching for it in wine
prefix or in home dir just after install could help - it's possible that full
path is wrong while file is properly created somewhere.
