I couldn't find the 16 bit version of netscape 3 at those urls, but 
I found it elsewhere; I tested
1530eb81cd137a5e69da3a11fbb8ecf1c4f3aa85  g1630p.exe

The self-extracter didn't work, so I had to run 'unzip g1630p.exe',
but everything else ran once I did the workaround for
http://wiki.winehq.org/PreloaderPageZeroProblem
Works fine with 1.4, too.

Marking fixed.  Maybe a bug should be filed for the self-extractor.
