Since this isn't critical or specific to wine-mono, whoever implements it
should send it to Mono first, then we can merge it into wine-mono from
upstream. So it's not really different from any other Mono bug - whoever has
the time and interest can work on fixing it in Mono. It that happens to be
someone from the Wine community (I might attempt it but I make no promises), it
doesn't change the process.
