[Bug 30956] .NET 2.0 can no longer be installed

We've already moved several fakedlls into the Mono package, so it's possible to
do that with mscoree.dll too. But I'd want to get Alexandre's blessing before
making that change.

I'm not sure how useful it is, given we still need other work-arounds. Is there
any hope that we'll someday fix all of them and .NET will install correctly
without winetricks?
