Don't know. I just followed the prompt after running a program using wine.
Halfway through, there was an installation failure.

That's the reason I put up the bug; There is probably a way around it (that I'm
not familiar with).
Of course, I don't have any .NET apps, so I have little to no use for Mono
anyway.
