[Bug 31009] MS Paint does not open png and jpeg files any more

after upgrading wine from 1.5.6 to 1.5.7, drag and drop a .png file on mspaint,
it displays a message saying that the file is not a valid image, or the format
is not supported. This worked fine in every wine version I installed until now.
Saving the file to jpeg was not possible though, until some recent versions,
when it started working (showing the option to save as jpeg), I don't know if
this has something to do or not. I'll run those regression tests when I can.
