new hack for glyph position

...OK, I came up with a new hack, but...
Well, if I look at the screens, it works, if I look at the code, there's no
reason it should.

Unless gdiplus graphics context somehow already caries the shift (kinda like
when in gdk_draw_layout you needed to pass font ascent explicitly (it drew on
baseline), while in pango_cairo_show_layout works with upper corner of layout).
