Thanks André, I have tested your patch on the sample programs from the winpcap
developer's pack and it works quite well.

Such a wrapper is really useful for many network authentication clients in many
universities of China, these network pain is one of the biggest Linux blocker
to college students.

Hopes your patch will get committed before Wine 1.6 and I'll file bugs related
to dr.com and so on after that :)

If such patch can not be include in Wine then I wish someone there is a side
project for it and I'll file bugs and try to commit patches. 

BTW, will npf.sys be implemented as well?
