I can confirm that.

Tested with a lot of wine versions 1.3.33 and above. The bug is present in all
tested versions with Photoshop CS5, Debian Squeeze.

If more information is needed (like xwininfo or similiar) please let me know. I
would be glad to help you, fix this bug.
