[Bug 27220] Internet Explorer 8 always shows error message on startup

This bug is marked as fixed but nothing changed - I still get an error during
iexplore startup with wine 1.4rc6. Have I to open an another bug as Jacek says?
And what's the difference between this bug and the other one? What description
is needed for the new one?
