Reply to comment 7: this was useful information about another version of the
Access/Jet database, but it needs a new driver and therefore is not the same
test as for this bug:  Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)};

I have reproduced the database file creation for this driver in wine 1.4.  It
did not work on earlier versions!  A console ODBC program to create a table and
insert, delete and update records in this database seemed to work, but I
couldn't check, because a separate query program failed, although it worked in
Windows.
