It's skippable on Windows, which is nice :)

I tested this on Windows 7 (on hardware, not VM), and it works much better. I
had one instance of the very first line of dialog cutting out halfway through.
Every other line of dialog I tried worked correctly. So I think it's probably
an application bug that we're trigging more often than on Windows.

Still investigating.
