I ran
WINEDEBUG=+tid,+mmdevapi,+winmm,+driver,+midi,+dmusic,+mci,+oss,+alsa,+coreaudio
wine ./Gruntz.exe 2> ./gruntz.log

(removed +dsound) and got only 1,4 MB log file.
