[Bug 21359] Windows 7 Platform SDK can't restart installer

With wine-1.5.0-204-ga179b50, did:
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
$ winetricks -q dotnet20 mfc42
$ wine winsdk_web.exe

unselected all, chose .net documentation, tried install. Failed pretty much as
before (will attach that log to bug 22048).

Then retried install. This failed nearly immediately, no msi output in
terminal. Error message from psdk:
A problem occurred while installing selected Windows SDK components.

Unknown product: {B924C008-D667-3B26-84C6-BD70285F9BFC}
Parameter name: productCode

Please attempt to resolve the problem and then start Windows SDK setup again.
If you continue to have problems with this issue, please visit the SDK team
support page at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=130245.

Click the View Log button to review the installation log.
To exit, click Finish.
