That last bit in your log looks funny:
fixme:mstask:MSTASK_ITaskScheduler_Activate Partial stub always returning
COR_E_FILENOTFOUND

I'm not sure, but I'd guess this might be a new bug.  Is there a way to
override mstask.dll?
