You need to create a 32 bit wineprefix with WINEARCH=win32
Also consider creating a separate wineprefix using WINEPREFIX for each
app/game.
If you don't know what this means please refer to Wine user forums for support.

I don't see a point yet doing this.
Just install the game and required prerequisites properly in 32-bit wineprefix.
