--- Comment #9 from Aaron Denney <wine at wnoise.ofb.net> 2012-05-18 11:12:21 CDT ---
Yes, it still happens in the latest version I can readily check: 1.5.3 (my
compilation environment is currently broken). I haven't added any comments
because there is nothing to add[*] -- the situation is exactly the same as it
was in 0.9.x. There's been no reason to suspect that it might have gone away.
Adding comments every release would be something like 100 comments that do
little beyond clogging up the bug tracker and making it harder to read this
bug.

In truth, it's not an issue I particularly care about as expressed here (the
games all have linux ports, and the issue is essentially cosmetic). I'd argue
that it's not important whether it's relevant to me, because it is
Nonetheless, it is a nice, narrow, readily reproducible bug with *full source*.

Triaging bug reports and closing no longer relevant ones is valuable, but when
deciding relevance, the last time the OP said anything about doesn't say very
much. If this were an impossible to reproduce bug only triggerable with an
unavailable binary, it would make sense to close it after a few years of no
activity -- there's no way to actually test or get further information. This
is the exact opposite case.

[*] Actually, there is something minor to add -- it works fine in virtual
desktop mode, it only fails with separate windows. But I strongly suspect this
isn't a change.
