Hello,

the original download requires registration.

Fortunately there exist alternate downloads, e.g.:
https://download.onyx.net/Public/CheckPoint/R65/SmartConsole_R65.exe

The bug contains two issues - as per general rule: make each issue a separate
bug.
The summary doesn't even reflect one issue, it should be more specific.

The tools are launched with a single executable "CPLauncher.exe <number>"
Where <number>: 0 = dashboard, 1 = tracker ...

The OP should decide for one issue and update the bug accordingly.
