Some people also experience this one windows. I found this which is supposed to
fix it. I have not been able to try it yet.

1. Navigate to and open C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed
Games\PlanetSide 2 Betauserotpions.cfg
2. Find where it says: RenderDistance=
3. Set to desired value in meters. Start at 1000, and experiment from there.
4. Save and close the file.
