1. $ wine wineconsole cmd
2. type foobar.exe and Enter

Expect result:
the error output should like something below:
foobar.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable
program or batch file.
Actual result:
the error output is "File not found"

Some installer will call cmd during installation, a "File not found" message is
confusing.
