I found that is corelated with display configuration.
Mouse problem occurs whet Nvidia TwinView is enabled (two monitors)
nvidia-drivers-304.51

attached xorg.conf

When i disable secondary monitor i can play for hours without problem.
Problem can be reproduced after ~30 min of playing.
Cursor hang, but mouse is working.
