Again, even using libxcb 1.8.1-r1 FROM PORTAGE is not enough (it's the same as
using your own patched version) for the 64bit Gentoo. Why don't you got that?

If you would have read

you haven't done the correct stuff to get this fixed. 32bit wine uses the 32bit
libxcb which is in the package emul-linux-x86-xlibs (on 64bit gentoo). This is
what needs to be fixed by you (or off course by gentoo -
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436780#c14).

Sorry, I could nothing do for you, if you ignore the hints I gave you. But your
message clearly states how you like to be handled...
