WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid on Wine 1.5.15 last 2010000 lines

Behaviour changed in Wine 1.5.15. Now I can open already created parts, but I
still cannot create new parts.

Before installation of SW2011:
winetricks vcrun2005 vcrun2008 mfc40 dotnet35

After installation of SW2011:
winetricks windowscodecs

Terminal output:
When I click to create new part only this is outputted
