WINEDEBUG=+msi with a native vbscript.dll

I ran the installer again with a native vbscript.dll. Wine's version seems to
be missing the Global_GetObject implementation.

The output is attached. Maybe this is another problem with the same installer
(there could be both a bug in vbscript and, when it gets further, in msi).
