Well, ATOC is unsupported, but it shouldn't be fatal. Honestly, I doubt it has
anything to do with the problem. The line "fixme:d3d_texture:texture_init
Failed to create surface 0x6aee0100, hr 0x8876086c" may be related though, and
you'll probably want a log with something like +d3d9,+d3d,+seh,+tid for that.
