According to my testing, this bug has been fixed in Wine 1.5.13, thanks to this
commit:
http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/2eebedf38e4d5fd49075f8f89e63f869ca85cceb

I should add that the crash happened only in full screen mode (but not in
virtual desktop mode).

Please retest with 1.5.13 or newer and confirm the fixed state.
