Activator from current Stardock Central app works.

Can download the installer here:
http://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/

Installs to drive_c/users/<your user name>/Local Settings/Application
Data/Stardock/Stardock Central

Copy sdActivate.exe and Activate.lng from there.
